These Terms and Conditions govern purchases, payments, orders, promotions, shipping, returns, refunds and customer responsibilities when shopping for XEVAEVEK™ Office Supplies.

Section 01 · Application of These Terms
XEVAEVEK™ is operated by Shenzhen Hongqite Network Technology Co., Ltd.
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the XEVAEVEK™ online store. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that the transaction is subject to these Terms together with other applicable policies made available through the store.
Section 02 · Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials where stated, included components, availability and pricing accurately.
Product appearance or color may vary slightly because of lighting, display settings, surface characteristics or normal manufacturing variation.
Genuine errors may be corrected and product information may be updated where necessary.
Section 03 · Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order does not prevent reasonable verification of payment, inventory, delivery information, fraud risk or applicable legal restrictions.
We may refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing or information errors, unauthorized resale activity or applicable legal restrictions.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Section 04 · Prices, Currency, Taxes & Payment
Transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly displayed.
Product prices, applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted.
By supplying payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is accurate.
Section 05 · Shipping & Delivery
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
For supported U.S. destinations, standard transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Section 06 · Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact us before returning merchandise to obtain authorization, instructions and the correct return address.
Cancellation or change requests should be submitted as soon as possible and preferably within 12 hours after purchase.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order processing, fulfillment or shipment preparation has begun.
Section 07 · Promotions
Promotional offers may contain eligibility requirements, product exclusions, minimum-purchase requirements, expiration dates, usage limits or other clearly communicated conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to completed orders.
Section 08 · Personal Use & Prohibited Activity
Products are offered for lawful use.
Fraudulent transactions, payment abuse, improper use of promotions, interference with website or checkout systems, unauthorized resale schemes or other unlawful activity are prohibited.
Section 09 · Liability & Consumer Rights
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XEVAEVEK™ and Shenzhen Hongqite Network Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of the website, an order or a product where such liability may lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights, remedies, warranties or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Section 10 · Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page.
Unless otherwise required by law, the version in effect when an order is placed generally governs that transaction.
